Snowfall is expected throughout most of Upstate New York and the fringes of the Capital Region, with a mix of snow and rain in the greater Albany area.

Predicted snowfall totals have slowly risen today as the track of this Turkey Day storm has come into focus. Some areas at higher elevations in the Adirondacks and Catskills could see up to a foot of fresh powder, according to the National Weather Service.
