Work At The Great Escape This Summer-Job Fair This Week
Looking for a summer job or maybe that perfect first job? The Great Escape is getting ready for the 2026 season, and they are hiring.
The park is hosting a two-day job fair on May 13th and 14th from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Human Resources Building inside the park. It is a chance for anyone interested to meet the team, learn about the different jobs available, and find something that works with their schedule.
What Jobs Are Available?
Open positions include ride operators, lifeguards, and food and beverage workers. It is the kind of job that can be great for high school or college students looking to make money over the summer while also having some fun at work.

Starting pay is $16 an hour, and employees get some pretty solid perks, too. Team members receive free park admission, discounts, paid training, and access to special employee events throughout the season.
What Should We Expect At The Job Fair?
According to park president Andrew Burggraf, employees are a big part of what makes the guest experience memorable. He says the job fair gives people the chance to see what positions are available and figure out which role best fits their interests.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Anyone planning to attend the job fair should bring two forms of identification along with bank account information for direct deposit setup.
If you want to apply ahead of time, applications are already available online through the Great Escape website.
