Crossgates Mall's food court will welcome a new healthy option later this year.

Over the last few years, there has been an influx of eateries offering smoothies, blended bowls, and more in the Capital Region. This comes as no surprise as blended health smoothies continue to grow in popularity. Portable, tasty, and full of nutrients from fresh ingredients, they are the perfect healthy on-the-run meal.

Smoothie King has opened several locations along with Bare Blends opening throughout the area. Up next, a downstate smoothie bar is getting ready to expand into Crossgates Mall.

Juice Eternity To Open In Crossgates Mall This Fall

Get ready for a new healthy dining option on that next shopping trip! Crossgates Mall announced in a press release today that Juice Enternity, which currently operates a juice bar at the Tanger Outlet Mall downstate in Riverhead, will be opening in the food court this fall. Crossgates says the new eatery's menu features "...fresh juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, oatmeal, and wellness shots."

Crossgates says Juice Eternity believes in supporting local farms and "...they prioritize organic, locally grown produce."
