Second Buffalo Bills’ Star Announces Capital Region Football Camp in ’25

If you're a parent of a young football player in the Capital Region, this story is for you, as the area's next generation of football stars will have another chance to work with one of the game's best in 2025.

James Cook, the standout third-year running back for the Buffalo Bills, will host a football camp at Christian Brothers Academy in Albany next summer. The camp is set for Monday, July 7th, 2025 from 9AM - 1PM.

Simply put, Cook has been a revelation for the Buffalo Bills over the past two seasons. The brother of fellow running back Dalvin Cook, James Cook won a national title while at Georgia, after which he was picked by the Bills in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Cook's debut season was average at best. He showed flashes of promise over 16 games, but suffered multiple setbacks along the way, including an infamous fumble on his first carry as a professional.

His second year was anything but average, as the Miami native rushed for 1,122 yards, the fourth-highest total in the National Football League. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2023, and seems poised for another stellar campaign in 2024.

Per a press release from FlexWork Sports Management, James Cook and our coaches will provide your child with valuable football knowledge and hands-on instruction in a fun, high-energy, positive environment. Camp activities will include lectures, fundamental skill and competitive stations.

Each camp participant will receive:

The camp is for football players ages 6 through 16. The current price of admission for one player is $163.86, and prices may change as the event draws closer. As mentioned above, it's happening at Christian Brothers Academy (CBA), located at 12 Airline Drive in Albany (12205).
